GTA3 Claude Pixel Art

I am really happy of how this turned out, lately I have been feeling rather down in the dumps with my art, not only just my pixel art but with other art styles that I do. 
I admit and I have noticed that my pixel art, I got overboard with colours (like my previous one). I thought maybe looking at reference to help me. So it came to me to pixel Claude from gta3 since I have been playing this game quite a lot lately.
